Our paid trainers first volunteer for a season with us to assess if work at AccesSport is a good fit. Most volunteer over the summer months – usually once or twice/week. Others volunteer over the winter on a weekly basis. Positions rarely open as most of our staff returns each summer. Still, when we hire, we do so from those who have volunteered and are waiting for a position.
